Terms and Conditions for Removal & Storage Containers

1. Storage Agreement:
   By utilising our removal & storage facilities, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Rental Period:
   The rental period commences on the agreed start date and continues until termination. Early termination may incur fees.
3. Payment:
   Rental fees are due in advance on a monthly basis. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of access to the storage unit.
4. Security Deposit:
   A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the storage unit upon termination of the agreement.
5. Access:
   Access to the storage unit is permitted during designated hours. Any alterations to these hours must be pre-approved by the management.
6. Prohibited Items:
   Hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and live animals are strictly prohibited. The lessee is responsible for the contents and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
7. Insurance:
   The lessee is encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for stored items. The facility is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of stored items.
8. Maintenance and Cleanliness:
   Lessees are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their storage unit. Any damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the lessee.
9. Termination:
   Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. The storage unit must be vacated in a clean and undamaged condition.
10. Liability:
    The facility management shall not be liable for any loss or damage to stored items, including but not limited to theft, fire, or natural disasters.
11. Right to Inspect:
    The facility management reserves the right to inspect storage units for compliance with these terms and conditions.
12. Changes to Terms:
    The facility management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice provided to the lessee.
13. Governing Law:
    This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
14. Acknowledgement:
    By renting a storage unit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
