General Questions

Container self-storage unit allows you to store your possessions, whether personal or business use in a secure storage facility that suits your needs.

Free parking is available to all users for the duration of time they are loading or using their container. Users are advised they are not allowed to park and leave their vehicles unattended or overnight.

It is mandatory for all container storage users to use a padlock on their storage unit.

To ensure prompt payment users are advise you to set up weekly/monthly a standing order. Other options include: BACS, Chip & pin We do not accept cash payments.

Yes we offer a forklift service at Enterprise container yard: Option 1: Own driver £10.00 per hour Option 2: Driver provided £25.00 per hour A charge of £9.00 per pallet will be applied to users that select option 2 for pallet loading and off-loading. A current and valid forklift operator certificate must be provided by all Option 1 users. Please pre-book the forklift service to avoid disappointment.

The containers do not have built-in shelves. Please note: users are not permitted drill into the walls/roof/doors of the containers users are not permitted to hammer into the walls/roof/doors of the container. Please use free standing shelving units for your storage solutions.

All users are required to pay the 1 month deposit of £240.00. This applies to both long term and short term users. Users are required to return their storage container in the same condition in which it was received, failure to do this may result in users forfeiting the return of their deposit.

Users may be eligible to a 10% for long term use if paid in advance.
