Prices & Costs

1. Daily van rental = £80.00 (Luton Van £90.00)
2. Deposit = £150.00 (Refundable on Vehicle return with no damages or fines)
3. Van with Driver = £40.00/Hour – £50.00 Minimum up to 10 miles(Thereafter, £1.50 per mile added to the hourly rate of £40.00)
4. Helper = £15.00/Hour

1. Valid Full UK Driving Licence (A Must; Doubles up as ID document)

Proof of Address

1. Household Utility Bills (Council Tax, Phone, Water, Electricity, Gas bills, etc.) 2. Bank Statement

Payment Method: Debit/Credit Cards by Chip and PIN Applicable Rules for Van Hire

1. Excess in any accident – Fault or Non-Fault = £1000.00
2. Windscreen excess = £150.00
3. Any damage to Tyres and driving Mirrors will be charged to the van hirer.
4. Anydamagetothevanexceeding15cmwhichcannotbeclaimedoninsurancewillbe charged to hirer.
5. Any toll, congestion, parking and speed fines are the hirer's responsibility.
6. Locks provided by us should be used at all times when the vehicle is parked.
7. Vans hired out must be brought back with fuel tank readings equivalent to the readings at the time of hire.
8. Late Returns: We allow a 1-hour grace beyond the rental period of exactly 24-hour day rental, after which a £14.00 per hour becomes chargeable up to 2 hours. Beyond 2 hours, a full day’s rental charge applies
